The Process of on Screen Talent
When choosing on-screen talent to represent your business, there are two options. The first is to choose someone from your organization who would memorize lines off a script, read off a teleprompter, or do an interview style shoot.
During the interview style shoot we sit the talent down, have a normal conversation with them and use their responses. This generally results in more casual dialogue. This option works well because someone in your organization already knows what sells your products. They may also be the most cost effective option.
The other way we can do it is hire an external professional voice or on screen talent. On camera spokespeople give a friendly face to the brand or product, instead of a distant voice-over. They can often provide you with multiple different approaches to promoting your business and they are often more comfortable on camera. This is something that is incredibly important to consider.
